Sponsor/exhibit/advertise at Evolution 2025

There will be sponsorship, exhibition, and advertising opportunities available at the conference. These focus primarily on the in-person meeting, although some include visibility during the virtual meeting as well. 

Artists and other non-research/non-education-based exhibitors are encouraged to contact us for exhibiting options.

Exhibit Area Timing:
The In-person exhibit area for sponsors will be the same location as morning and afternoon attendee coffee breaks for attendees, as well as 2 evening poster sessions (Grand Halls 2-7). 

Exhibit Times:
Jun 21: Main attendee times are 10:45 - 11:15 am & 3:45-4:15 pm (Hall open 8am - 6 pm to attendees)
Jun 22: Main attendee times are 10:45 - 11:15 am & 3:45-4:15 pm, plus an evening poster session 6-8:30 pm (Hall open 8 am - 9 pm)
Jun 23: Main attendee times are 10:45 - 11:15 am & 3:45-4:15 pm, plus an evening poster session 6-8:30 pm (Hall open 8 am - 9 pm)
Jun 24: Main attendee times are 10:45 - 11:15 am & 3:45-4:15 pm (Hall open 8 am - 4:30 pm)

Set-up & Take-down times for exhibitors:
Set up: June 20 - 4 pm - 8 pm; June 21 - 8 am-10 am.
Tear-down: June 24 - 4:30 - 6 pm
