Evolution 2025 will feature both virtual and in-person components:
- A 2-3-day virtual conference (Late May 2025):
- Day 1: Workshops (virtual)
- Day 2-3: Live online talks, award symposia, society symposia, and networking events (virtual)
- Day 1: Workshops (virtual)
- A 5-day in-person meeting (June 20-24, 2025) at the Classic Center in Athens, GA, USA.
- June 20: Workshops, special events (daytime); welcome reception (evening)
- June 21-24: Main conference (talks & posters); special events & Super Social (June 24)
- June 20: Workshops, special events (daytime); welcome reception (evening)
