The following hotels have room blocks for Evolution 2026 conference attendees. Booking links for the hotels are open now and must be booked separately. Dorms will open in February when full registration opens, and can be booked and paid for during registration.

University Dorms (Cleveland State University) - sign up available in February as part of registration
You must be 18+ to stay in the dorms.

Single bed in private room in a shared suite: $82 USD/night ($410 total including tax for 5 night room; $492 total including tax for 6 night room)
Includes linens, pillows and towels.
Each room comes with a private bathroom.
Suite size is variable - 2-4 bedrooms per suite (so you would be sharing common space with 1-3 people).
Check in date: on or after 19-Jun-2025 (6 night rooms); or on or after 20-Jun-2025 (5 night rooms)
Check out date: on or before 25-Jun-2025
Refunds for late-canceled dorms are unavailable after April 20 unless we can get someone else to take your room.
Deadline: Rate available until April 20 unless block is filled earlier.
Note: Dormitory spaces are charged for 5 or 6 nights total (depending on which rooms are available/that you sign up for when you pay). You can arrive after the 19th or 20th, or leave before the 25th, but you will be charged the full 5 or 6 nights even if you stay less (it's just how the contract with the dorms work).
