Accessibility Note: For Accessible rooms, please phone the Hotel direct and book with the code G-EVO5 (Evolution Group). Athens is a little hilly, and Homewood Suites and Hotel Abacus are both downhill (in different directions) from the convention center. Homewood Suites is a sharper hill and might pose a problem for easy access if using a wheelchair. If hills are an issue, the Hyatt Place is right next door and level with the convention center.

Dorms are located at the UGA campus' Russell Hall (1.1 miles/25 minutes walk from the Classic Center)
Booking of dorms is done through main conference registration
Rates:
Single bed in shared room: $45 USD/night ($270 total including tax)
Single bed in private room: $65 USD/night ($390 total including tax) - These are now FULL
Includes linens.
Breakfast is available on campus and can be purchased separately during registration for $54/6 days inclusive.
Check in date/time: on or after 19-Jun-2025, 10 am
Check out date/time: on or before 25-Jun-2025, 3 pm
Cut off date: 15-May-2025 (if not filled before)
Refunds for late-canceled dorms are unavailable after May 20.
Note: Dormitory spaces are charged for 6 nights total. You can arrive after the 19th, or leave before the 25th, but you will be charged the full 6 nights, even if you stay less (it's just how the contract with the dorms work).
