NOTE: Registration/login for the conference is different than your society login (if you are a member to one of the societies). You will need to create a separate registration and login for the conference.
The societies represented at the annual Evolution conference are not-for-profit organizations.
Funds from registration for the different meeting styles will be used to cover the virtual and in-person conference costs respectively (including recording), to cover the costs of staff for the organization and support of both conference styles, and to provide funds to increase accessibility for students and attendees from low GDP countries.

Talk / poster submission
Access to talk and poster submission is available after you have completed and paid for your conference registration (a link will appear in your 'Profile home' in the registration system). Virtual attendees can sign up for a live-virtual talk during the virtual meeting; in-person attendees can sign up for a poster and/or an in-person talk during the in-person meeting, and/or a live virtual talk. A separate submission needs to be made for each type. There is no selection process for virtual or in-person talks; all talks are accepted until available slots are filled or submission closes for the virtual (April 23) or in-person (May 19) deadlines. All poster submissions are accepted until June 1.
Detailed information about talks and posters can be found on the Instructions for Presenters page. Only title, authors, and keywords are required to submit a talk. Abstracts are optional, unless you are applying for an award. Details can be updated later by logging back into the registration system.
