The societies represented at the annual Evolution conference are not-for-profit organizations.
Funds from registration for the different meeting styles will be used to cover the virtual and in-person conference costs respectively (including recording), to cover the costs of staff for the organization and support of both conference styles, and to provide funds to increase accessibility for students and attendees from low GDP countries.

Cancellation policy
If your plans change, you may contact [email protected] to request a refund. A $10 processing fee applies until July 1, 2024, after which the fee is $50 until the start of the in-person meeting. Once the in-person meeting has begun, no refunds are possible.
