Host a workshop or Symposium
If you are interested in hosting a special event of some type as part of the conference (e.g., a reception, editorial/council or other meeting, workshop, information session, special presentation, etc.), please read the below instructions. The meeting organization typically does not make symposium decisions.

- Symposia are managed by each society. Guidelines and instructions will be linked below as they become available.
- Events must be sponsored by one or more of the Tri-Societies. 'Sponsorship' in this context refers to the societies agreeing that this is a worthwhile event, and does not imply fiscal support, though societies may (at their discretion) offer fiscal sponsorship.
- Please directly contact the relevant Tri-Society program representative (see below) to secure sponsorship. If you aren't sure which rep this should be, please contact [email protected]
- Requests received prior to the deadline of January 15, 2026 (unless otherwise noted) will receive our full consideration, and if accepted, will be included in the conference schedule. Those received after this date are at the discretion of the societies and meeting organizers and may not be possible.
