Childcare

Complimentary childcare for children ages 6 months to 12 years will be available on site at the Huntington Convention Center for the 4 days of the main conference, Sunday June 21 through Wednesday June 24 (pre-registration is required during registration). Overview of the process: - tick the 'I'm interested in childcare' box during registration (when full registration opens in February) - you will be contacted by email to confirm interest, 2 months in advance of the conference - you will be asked to fill out details/additional forms, to guarantee your childcare spot(s) by early May Childcare will be provided by KiddieCorp, a national organization that specializes in on-site conference childcare. We have had great experiences with them at several past meetings. |

Two private nursing pods are available in the convention center.
